Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a minimum quantity order amount?
No matter how small or big the job, we don’t require a minimum quantity order amount however our pricing is tiered based on quantities. So whether you just need a one-off shirt or item or 1,000 items, we will look after you.
What is your turn-around time?
We have a turn-around time of between 5-10 business days (from time of payment) depending on the size of the order and stock availability. Contact us if you need something turned around urgently and we’ll try to help out as best we can. Sometimes delays can happen and we’ll keep you informed during the whole process.

Can I bring my own apparel?
Yes, we can provide just the decorating service if you already have your own items. Most of the times, it works out cheaper if we supply and decorate but we understand you may have a favourite item or brand that we can’t get.
Even though the same apparel might be used, prices will vary depending the following:
Printing method (Screen-print, Direct-to-film transfers, Vinyl heat transfers etc)
Quality of materials used can make a difference to the look & feel, longevity, and overall finish. There have been new advances in technology and how materials are now made which make a big difference.
Quality of the embroidery machines. You can have the same design done on different machines and the results can be quite difference due to the brand, how it’s been configured & aligned, service history just to mention a few.
So keep this in mind when shopping around because if you don’t want your design, logo, and apparel looking cheap, don’t just accept the lowest pricing out there because there’s more to consider than just price.
